These terms govern your use of the OCnians Universe website, shop, membership, and community. By using the site you agree to them.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 to create an account, and 18 to purchase a VIP membership or enter raffles.
2 Orders & pricing
All prices are in USD. VIP members receive member pricing where shown. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
3 Intellectual property
Music, album art, designs, logos, and content in the OCnians Universe are owned by OCnians Universe LLC or its partners. You may enjoy them for personal use, but may not reproduce or resell them without permission.
4 Community conduct
At events, on the BuzzStar app, and in any OCnians space, treat people with respect.
- ›No harassment, hate, or threats toward other members or staff.
- ›No illegal activity, spam, or attempts to break or abuse the platform.
- ›We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5 VIP & subscriptions
VIP membership renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your paid period. Full billing details are in the VIP Membership Terms.
6 Disclaimers & liability
The site and events are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, OCnians Universe is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at events.
7 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Orange County, California.
